One year ago, we embarked on this journey as a sister-lead, women-owned and operated small business, determined to make a difference in the world of recruiting. From day one, we knew that building something meaningful would take hard work, dedication, and a clear vision. Over the past year, we’ve worked to bring that vision to life. We've expanded our network, fine-tuned our processes, and built relationships with incredible clients and candidates. Along the way, we’ve learned, adapted, and grown—both as a business and as individuals (and sisters!).

We are thrilled to announce that VPWS is expanding, and we are currently looking for a Sales and Recruiting Executive to join our growing team. This role will be essential in driving our continued success, helping us serve more businesses and candidates in need of expert recruitment support.
